About Holy Basil: Tulsi, also known as Holy Basil for its Sacred use in Ayurveda, is thought to have nervine and nootropic qualities. Considered by many to be an Adaptogen, this member of the mint family is classified as a Probable Adaptogen by David Winston, RH(AHG). Holy Basil pairs well with other herbs in compound formulas due to its pleasantly spicy aromatic flavor and mild activity. We make our extract with ecologically sourced Ocimum tenuiflorum herb.

Suggested Use: 30-60 drops (1.5-3 mL) in juice or water. Take 4 times per day.
